The actual manufacturing of an agri hub is a highly precise, au-tomated process:
Bearing Components: Inner rings (often split), rolling elements(balls or rollers), and cages are manufactured and inspected.
Sealing: Heavy-duty, multi-lip cassette seals are pressed ontothe bearing to ensure protection against mud, crop fibers, andfertilizer.
Pre-Lubrication: The internal cavity is filled with high-perfor-mance agricultural grease, which is engineered to be mainte-nance-free for the life cycle of the unit.
Flange & Shaft Fitting: The sealed bearing is integrated with aflanged outer ring (pre-drilled and tapped for a tillage disc) andfitted with a threaded stub shaft (for mounting on the implementarm).
